In case we can no longer book you into the 'Kardinal Schulte Haus' due to overbooking, you will be contacted by Mrs. Yvonne Beetz from Medical Events Solution:

In that case your Credit Card will not be charged and you have the option of booking into another hotel over the internet (http://www.lust-auf-bensberg.de/). When the web-site is loaded in German just click on the HOTEL button and scroll down to see all the hotels, their descriptions and the prices. You can then contact the hotel directly or click on the 'british flag' at the top of the page to get to the 'online inquiry form' in english. Do not click on the 'british flag' to change to English language before looking at the list of hotels, since the hotel list is only visible in the 'German version' of the web-site. Fill it in and send it off electronically and you will get an offer for your stay by e-mail. The service is free of charge. This is however more expensive than staying at the 'Kardinal Schulte Haus' so be quick if you wish to profit from our cheap special rates. The Kardinal Schulte Haus can only be booked through MES (Yvonne Beetz, see above) since we have reserved the entire Hotel for the duration of the Conference.
If you prefer to stay at another hotel or can no longer get into the Kardinal Schulte Haus you still have to pay the registration fee for attending the meeting of €400/person (or €450 if registering after March 31st). This fee also includes full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks).

Cancellation of registration should be in writing and sent to Yvonne Beetz by e-mail or FAX (see above for details). For every written cancellation received before March 31st 2010, the full amount received minus 30% handling fee will be refunded. No refunds can be made thereafter. All refunds will be made within 2 months after the end of the meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.

All payments should be made either by credit card through our web-site or by bank transfer.
